Darwin Light — €129

Includes: voice & text chat, web search & reading, documents & notes, memory, local & cloud brains. Not included: the agent team, e-mail & calendar, file/PC operations, mail triage, media generation, self-development.

What the license permits: a personal license for one individual, on computers you own or control. Personal and internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute Darwin or your license key.

Darwin Standard — €249

Includes: everything in Light, plus the agent team, e-mail & calendar, file & PC operations, mail triage, image/video generation, and self-development (teach it languages / add plugins for your own use).

What the license permits: a single-seat license for one user, on computers you own or control. Commercial use is allowed — use Darwin for your own work and for your clients; whatever you create with it is yours. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute Darwin itself, the installer, or your license key. (Building things with Darwin and selling those is fine — selling Darwin is not.)

Darwin Professional — €9,900 (or by agreement)

Includes: everything in Standard, plus the full source code, no license lock, and the right to develop and resell.

What the license permits: an extended commercial / reseller license — you may modify, extend and rebrand Darwin and distribute or sell it to your own end customers, running your own licensing, branding and support. Not permitted: reselling the raw source as a competing build-your-own kit, removing rights notices, or using the BlueberryS / Darwin name as if you were us. Sold under a separate written agreement.

Terms common to all packages

Buy once, updates included. No subscription to BlueberryS.
Bring your own keys. AI usage is billed to you by your providers. With a cloud brain, your conversation goes to that provider under your own account — BlueberryS never receives it.
You stay in control. Darwin acts on your computer on your instructions; you are responsible for what you ask it to do.
Privacy. Darwin runs locally; we do not collect or sell your files, keys or conversations.
As is. Provided without warranty; liability limited to the amount paid, to the extent the law allows.

This is a plain-language summary. The binding agreement you accept when installing is the in-installer EULA. Governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
